Research Workshops

The use of objects and images to draw out responses from participants is an established practice in design research. Models, props and visuals can offer tangibilities that can be articulated and discussed, facilitating communication and dialogical exchange.

In my work, I have carried out a series of design-led workshops, using ready made objects, suggestive drawings and artefacts for stimulating conversation and reflection. Valuing interpretation and subjectivity, this has become a method of inquiry.
